Against a 5-minute running clock, complete:
500/400 Meter Row
400 Meter Run
Push-Ups x Max Reps (in remaining time)

Rest 5 minutes between sets, and complete a total of 4 sets.

*Each athlete should have at least 1 minute to work on push ups. If after the first set, you do not have this time, reduce the length of your row or run or both.
