Five sets of “Barbara”:
Against a 3 minute running clock, AMPRAP of:
Rest 3 minutes between sets, and pick up the next set where you left off
(I.e If after first 3 minutes you end at 4 rounds + 25 sit ups, you will then start with the 26th sit ups of your 4th round at the next 3 minute interval and continue)
(total score is calculated as how many rounds you complete at the end + number of completed reps into the uncompleted round – if you complete up to 25 sit ups, your amrap score is rounds + 75)
