In teams of three, complete five rounds each, for max reps, of:
100 Meter Farmer’s Carry (25/15 plates)
Wall Ball Shots
One partner (P2) starts on 100 m farmer carry and the other two complete as many push ups and wall-balls while that partner does the farmer carry.
When P2 is back from the farmer carry, he moves to wall balls, P1 moves to the farmers carry and P3 moves to push ups
Time cap: 25 minutes
