4 Sets of:
– Weighted Pull-Up x 2-3 reps
Rest 15-20 seconds
– Strict Pull-Up x Max Reps
Rest 15-20 seconds
– Ring L-Sit x :30 seconds (Can Sub Hollow Hold or Tuck Knee Hold)
Rest 2 minutes

MetCon:
– 12 KB Plank Pulls (Right & Left)
– 200 Single Jump Ropes
4 Rounds for Time

* To be completed in pairs, break up the Plank Pulls however you want but you both have to do 6 on the right and left.  Stay together on the Single Jump Ropes and both completed 200 each round.
