WOD: 60 sec hang from pull up bar (chin above for bonus on a 2nd round daily)
Lifestyle: Delete one unhealthy food from your diet (i.e. sugar, pizza, soda)
Community: Find out another athlete’s favorite sport to play or watch

Monday: Wear them tall sockies

Tuesday: Press and swing this day

Wednesday: Gear your hip flexors up for a heavy overhead squat + snatch

Thursday: Box step ups and absssssss

Friday: A barbell complex and rowing

Saturday: Partner party
