Wednesday: Tabata flava
Thursday: Battle ropes mixed in with rowing and running
Friday: Front squats and cleans plus some bar muscle ups
Saturday: A super grueling chipper-solo saturday!
Sunday: TEAM WOD moving KD and Darin 🙂 hehehehe
Monday: TEAM WOD 930 am only at the park and of course more moving if anyone is down for it!
