All New Athletes
Schedule an introduction of CrossFit KADA and a tour of the facility. During your 20 minute meet and greet we want to get to know you better so we can help you write the next chapter in your fitness journey.

New to CrossFit? Schedule a FREE Base Camp trial class and meet your new workout buddies! Already a CrossFitter? Schedule your first FREE CrossFit class and our coaching staff will guide you into the program that is right for you!

Let us help you pick the membership to best fit your fitness goals. Whether it’s CrossFit or Base Camp, you will find the community you have been looking for where you will find that working out is FUN! *New athletes will attend a minimum of 6 Base Camp classes before moving on to regular CrossFit programming. Athletes in Base Camp will learn all the fundamentals and technique needed to be safe and confident.
