Much the same as a Base Camp in Mountain Climbing, our Base Camp at CF KADA is designed to give you the tools and techniques necessary for success in CrossFit. Our program is designed to bring you up to speed over the course of 3-6 weeks, so that you can successfully progress on to the CrossFit program. In class we will be introducing you to our way of training by developing a firm foundation based on “Functional Movements” that each of our bodies are designed to do on a daily basis.
